Templeton got its start in 1886 as a Southern Pacific railroad town, and its Main Street still has that small-town feel. Today it sits between Paso Robles and Atascadero, surrounded by ranches, vineyards and rural homes.
Patriot Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is a family-owned, Navy-veteran-run plumber serving Templeton 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In town vs. out of town. Templeton is unincorporated. The Templeton Community Services District provides water and sewer service across about 3.5 square miles in and around town. Many properties beyond the district rely on private wells and septic systems. We work on both, and we'll ask about your setup when you call.
Long runs on rural lots. Ranch and acreage properties often have long underground water lines to the house, barns and outbuildings. A hidden leak on a long line can waste a lot of water. Our leak detection narrows down where it is before anyone starts digging.
Older homes near Main Street. Templeton's older homes can have aging supply lines and sewer laterals. Roots and cracked pipe cause repeat clogs, and a camera inspection shows what's going on so we can recommend drain cleaning, a repair or trenchless sewer replacement.
Hot water for every season. Templeton gets hot summers and cold nights. We repair and replace tank water heaters and install tankless units.
We also serve Paso Robles, Atascadero, Santa Margarita and the rest of San Luis Obispo County.
Do you work on rural properties outside town?
Yes, including long water lines, outbuildings and homes on septic.
Can you find a leak in an underground line?
Yes. We use diagnostic tools to narrow down the location, so the repair dig is as small as possible.
Are you available on weekends?
Yes, 24/7. Overtime rates apply after 5pm on weekdays and all weekend.
